Purpose

To cook healthy things together with the boys, leading them to appreciate good cooking and explaining them with a lesson in food education the foods that are good and those that are less natural and more harmful to them.

Project structure

A morning spent with the students of the second classes of the “Padre Girotti” Comprehensive Center (Quartiere Piave – San Cassiano di Alba) and their teachers the chef Stefano Paganini (Tartufo member) with his staff to rediscover the authenticity of healthy foods and  that even simple foods can be good, nutrients and appetizing too! To learn, through the help of a chef, to read the contents of the foods we find every day at the supermarket and to become able to choose the best quality ones!
